Initial consultations are $129, and follow-up consultations are $69. We strive to offer same-day consultations when possible.

Are your healthcare professionals qualified, and what can I expect during a consultation?

Yes, all our healthcare professionals are AHPRA-registered and experienced in telehealth. Consultations typically last 20-30 minutes and follow up to 15 minutes, during which we discuss your health concerns and explore potential care options. Prescriptions can be provided when appropriate, based on your individual needs.

What technology do I need for a telehealth consultation?

You'll need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection. We adhere to strict privacy policies in compliance with Australian laws, ensuring all your personal information remains confidential.

Do you offer consultations in languages other than English, and what if I need to reschedule?
